About Us
My name is Gabby and I'm a full-time registered nurse, and when I'm not at the hospital, I'm working toward my Master's degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Life is busy between work, school, and clinicals, but baking sourdough has become something I truly enjoy.
The inspiration behind The Kneady Dachshund is my dachshund, Turbo, who has been by my side through it all. He may not help bake the bread, but he's always nearby, making every baking day a little more fun and reminding me to slow down and enjoy the process.
What started as a hobby has grown into a small business that helps support my education while allowing me to share something I love with others. Every loaf is made by hand, baked with care, and I hope it brings a little warmth to your table.
